How do I change my profile picture?
Go to your Profile, click (edit) next to your name in the top bar, and use the Profile Picture section to upload and crop a new photo.
Who can see my profile?
Only people who share at least one network with you. Pager is not public — there is no way to view a profile without being in the same network.
How do I join a network?
Networks are assigned automatically based on your email address when you sign up. If your email domain does not match an existing network, you can join the General Public network with an invite code.
What is an invite code?
An invite code lets anyone join Pager with any email address. They will be placed in the General Public network. Ask someone already on Pager for a code.
How do I send a message?
Visit someone's profile and click Send a Message, or go to your Inbox and start a new conversation.
How do I unfriend someone?
Visit their profile and click Unfriend in the actions section below their photo.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile, click (edit), scroll to the Danger Zone, enter your password, and click Delete My Account. This is immediate and permanent.
Why can't I find someone I know?
You can only find people who are in a network you are also in. If they signed up with a different email domain they may be in a different network.
Is Pager free?
Yes. Pager is free and will always be free. We do not run ads.
How do I report a problem or bug?
We don't have a formal bug tracker yet. If something is broken, please let someone on the team know directly.
